1. Coin Refunds
Coins earned from offerwall completions may be reversed if the provider issues a chargeback or reversal. This is a correction of earnings that were not valid.
2. Withdrawal Refunds
Withdrawals are processed after review and are generally non-refundable once completed. If a withdrawal is cancelled or fails, the reserved coins are returned to your available balance automatically.
3. Erroneous Credits
If you are credited coins in error, ZunoEarn reserves the right to reverse the credit.
